Service Description

Coach Zach Soccer Training provides personalized soccer training services including:

  • 1-on-1 training sessions
  • Group training programs
  • Skill assessments and evaluations
  • Training consultation and planning

User Responsibilities

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the player
  • Ensure the player arrives on time for scheduled sessions
  • Notify us of any health conditions or special needs
  • Provide appropriate equipment and attire for training

Player Responsibilities

  • Follow safety instructions and training guidelines
  • Respect coaches, other players, and equipment
  • Participate actively in training sessions
  • Maintain appropriate behavior during sessions

Communication and Consent

SMS Communications: By providing your phone number and checking the consent boxes, you agree to receive SMS messages for:

  • Marketing communications about training programs and offers
  • Non-marketing communications including appointment reminders and training updates

Opt-out Options:

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all SMS messages
  • Reply HELP for assistance with SMS communications
  • Contact us directly to modify communication preferences

Payment and Cancellation

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept cash, check, and digital payment methods
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for session cancellations
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full session rate

Liability and Safety

Important: Participation in soccer training involves inherent risks. While we take all reasonable precautions, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for injuries sustained during training
  • Players should have appropriate health insurance
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns

Intellectual Property

All training materials, methods, and content are the property of Coach Zach Soccer Training and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Data Protection: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including phone numbers, with third parties for marketing purposes.
